

Plaza 62 is the second mixed-use retail/office project to be developed
by The Richard-Brandon Company in South Miami, Florida. It is located
less than 1/4 mile west of the successful Plaza 57. Benefiting from its
location across the street from two hospitals (including South Miami
Hospital, a major component of the Baptist Hospital Group), the project
will cater to medical and medical-related tenants. In order to do so,
the garage will provide parking at the higher ratio required
for medical offices, i.e., one space for every 200 square feet of office
space.
The building's design, like Plaza 57, incorporates a deep, covered
arcade along the street frontage. In addition, there is a street level,
5,000 square foot public plaza with shade trees and water feature. The
garage structure, located to the rear of the main building, provides
direct access to the offices from every parking level.
